Aironn Exproof Axial Fan series fans are suitable to work at maximum 55 ° C. The adjustable blade angle of the series with a diameter range of 400 mm - 1250 mm offers a wide range of performance while at the same time it provides an advantage to provide the desired flow precisely.The performances of the Exproof Axial Fan series have been tested according with the AMCA 210-07 standard.
Fan Body:
The body of the fans are made of high quality sheet metal and coated with corrosion resistant hot dip galvanized. Around the wing is covered with brass material. Fan flanges are manufactured by bending the case, so that the fans are self-flanged. All models are available in short and long case models. According to preference, vertical or horizontal mounting can be preferred. It is offered with body maintenance door option.
Fan Blades:
The blades with aerodynamic structure are manufactured by injection molding method from ETIAL 171 material. It is statically and dynamically balanced according to ISO 1940 / 1-2003.
Fan Motor:
IP 55 motors with F insulation class, Ex d llB T4 class, are offered with single speed or double speed options. If desired, single speed motors are suitable for inverter use.
Electricity:
The fans are produced with Ex-proof certified IP65 electrical junction box mounted outside the body.
