Within the scope of the Etlik Integrated Health Campus project, a large urban development project on a land of 1,071,885 m, near Etlik district of Ankara, Kecioren, a health complex will include a medical hotel, two heliports, a university, a trigeneration plant (a unified power generation system that produces electricity, heating and cooling energy) and a commercial zone. The hospital has a capacity of 3,566 beds and will replace six existing hospitals in Ankara. The campus will be one of the largest hospital investments in the world.
The project, which was realized with an investment value of 1 billion 150 million Euro, will be realized by the Ankara Etlik Health Investment Inc. in the Astaldi-Turkerler Partnership and the public will be in the position of tenant for 24 years to provide medical services. The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), Twelve banks, including the Bank and Akbank, provided 876m euros in loans.
