Aironn Provides Engineering and Technology Solutions for Tunnel Ventilation

Aironn provides all engineering services from the tunnel ventilation calculation reporting to testing and commissioning. Tunnels are required for ventilation, daily fresh air requirements and smoke evacuation for fires. In daily ventilation, it is aimed to remove and dilute CO (Carbon monoxide), NOx (Nitrogen Oxides) and PM (grit particles) gases formed from exhausts of vehicles. In the case of fires, the aim is to prevent smoke from laying backwards and to expel the smoke in the direction of traffic flow from the tunnel exit portal. In order to achieve the stated objectives, calculations are made in accordance with the standards by considering many parameters such as fire load, tunnel slope, traffic density, permitted gas values. The CFD analyzes required for the accuracy of the calculations are carried out by our R & D engineers with internationally valid programs and the results are analyzed. After the production of jet and axial fans determined by the calculated calculations in Aironn facility, compliance with AMCA / ANSI standards are tested in Aironn laboratory approved by T
