Aironn uses all the possibilities to produce, share, and support information production in fan engineering. Sakarya University's mechanical engineering students, TÜBİTAK 2241 for the project for the Bachelor of Thesis in Industrial Engineering for the project they are working on the AMCA standards in Kocaeli plant designed for the Fan Test Laboratory presented to students.

The students received the first prize in the TÜBİTAK 2241 Industrial Thesis Contest for Industry 41 in the Product Development category.

Sakarya University Faculty of Engineering Mechanical Engineering Faculty Member Assoc. Dr. Ekrem Büyükkaya and his project team students developed a new generation of wind turbine blades, inspired by the maneuver of the humpback whale, despite tons of mass.

Design lasted 1 year

The students of the Department of Mechanical Engineering of Ümit Gedik, Ali Rıza Görüm, Lütfi Kardeş and Furkan Çakar are in design team. The design of tubercles wind turbine wings developed under the supervision of Ekrem Büyükkaya lasted about a year. The project successfully passed four different criteria in the evaluation of TUBITAK 2241 Product Development category jury.

The students who have achieved the first place among the 32 final projects in the Product Development category aim to bring their work to better levels.

The project group presented a plaque of appreciation to Aironn, who opened their laboratory to test the turbine they developed.
